• Conducted food systems policy analysis across supply chains through research initiatives at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, coordinated 7 community workshops with over 50 restaurants and community organizations, co-designed Casual Loop Diagrams of restaurant and food systems

• Researched and authored science-based reports on environmental health, sustainability, and Tech industry accountability for Greenpeace International resulting in the reduction of PVC and chlorine in consumer products along with the reduction of international greenhouse gas emissions

• Collaborated on multi-stakeholder research projects addressing healthier food access through restaurants in New Orleans

• Contributed to over 10 publications focused on environmental disasters, climate impacts, food systems, cleaning chemical impacts on children’s health and public health outcomes
